By using this website, purchasing a service, booking a consultation or participating in a Med-vANTage program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services:
Services are provided as described at purchase/enrollment. Deliverables, timelines, fees, cancellation terms and eligibility may vary and will be disclosed when applicable.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate information, meet deadlines, maintain their own credentials current and updated, review documents before submission and comply with requirements imposed by clinical sites, residency programs, licensing bodies and government agencies.
Clinical Rotation Requirements:
Participation may require identity, education, immunization, health/safety, background-check certification, insurance, training, site approval and other verifications. Meeting Med-vANTage requirements does not guarantee clinical site acceptance.
Intellectual Property:
Website content, branding, logos, original educational materials, templates, graphics and text are owned by or licensed to Varahi Orbit LLC and may not be copied, resold, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
User Conduct:
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, violate privacy or use materials unlawfully.
Payments and refunds:
Please refer to refund and cancellation policy.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med-vANTage and Varahi Orbit LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from website use or services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes:
We may update these terms & privacy policy. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
