We are physicians who graduated from international medical schools and are willing to extend our experience to the benefit of the next doctors in making.
Mission
Med-vANTage was established with the single mission of helping and guiding future generation of doctors who want to become physicians in the US. It is the brain child of doctors who travelled this path and wished for similar guidance and transparency.
Establishment
Med-vANTage was established in September 2026 with its headquarters in Northville, Michigan, USA.
Nikhil Krishna Vannemreddy
Dr. Nikhil Krishna Vannemreddy finished his undergraduate studies in India and then moved to the Caribbean for medical school. He did his clinical rotations in Michigan and is currently working at the Honor Health Community Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.
He aspires to become a surgeon and is working toward his residency application.
He has to his credit several publications and patents for his work in India. He was awarded the Young Researcher of the Year award by Elsevier Publications.
He has also organized several free medical camps for the underserved in India and Nepal.
He has provided guidance to several students after their undergraduate studies and helped them get into medical schools.
Tejaswi Pasam
Dr. Tejaswi Pasam graduated from medical school in India. After years of experience in high-volume, top-tier hospitals in India, she moved to the US, where she worked as a research coordinator at prestigious institutions like the University of California, Irvine. She worked for over 2years in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Urgent cares and clinics in Michigan before moving to NY for her General Surgery Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. She is currently working as a research associate at the University of Michigan and is looking forward to finishing her residency after that.
She has mentored and guided several aspiring international medical graduates in their journey to the US health care system.
She has several publications to her credit and is now willing to provide her first-hand experience and expertise to upcoming medical professionals.
